Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to the details you submit through the contact form on this website, what is recorded when you simply visit it, and the rights you hold over both under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible
Custorix is the data controller for the information described here. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights set out below, write to info@custorix.eu.
What is collected
From the contact form, only what you type into it: your name, your organisation, your email address and your message. Nothing else is requested.
From an ordinary visit, a page view is counted. That count holds the page you opened, the site you arrived from, your approximate location down to the city, and your browser, operating system and device type. It is never joined to your name, your address, or anything you typed into the form.
A few presses are counted too: following a link to the contact form, beginning to fill it in, pressing send, and opening our LinkedIn page. The press to send carries the website you arrived from, so we can tell which channels bring people who get in touch. Each count records that the press happened and nothing more — beginning to fill the form records that a field was touched, never what was typed into it, and nothing you write is attached to any count, or ever joined to one afterwards.
This site sets no cookies — none for advertising, none for measurement, none at all — and writes nothing to your device. You are not followed onto any other website, and no profile of you is built.
Why, and on what basis
Your details are used for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where the enquiry concerns working together, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your details are not used for marketing, are not added to any mailing list, and are never sold or traded.
Counting visits rests on our legitimate interest in knowing whether this site is read at all (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Those counts are only ever read as totals. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device to produce them, they do not call for a consent banner — and you may object to them under your rights below.
Who else sees it
Two suppliers process the data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only:
- Vercel — hosts this website, runs the form, and counts visits.
- Resend — delivers the resulting emails.
Both are established in the United States, so your details are transferred outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long it is kept
Your enquiry stays in our mailbox for as long as it remains relevant to the conversation it started, and is deleted once it no longer is. If a working relationship follows, the correspondence is kept for as long as that relationship requires and for any period the law obliges us to retain it.
A visit is tied only to a short-lived value that Vercel derives from the request itself and discards within 24 hours. What survives beyond that is a total with nobody's name against it.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict what we do with them, to receive them in a portable form, and to object to our processing them on the basis of legitimate interest. Write to info@custorix.eu and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
